Serious Illness Insurance

When you take your normal cover we will ensure that you also get cover for your children for free (£20,000 of serious illness cover).

This will allow you the freedom to take time to focus only on your child’s heath rather than worry about the bills. You can expand this cover at a nominal fee up to £100,000.

Family is without a doubt the most important thing, most people would give their lives to ensure their children are taken care of. But what happens when our children do become seriously ill?

3fitt Group wants to give you the freedom to choose your children’s health over any other event. We want to give you the power to ensure that work is secondary to your family’s health.

When you take your normal cover we will ensure that you also get cover for your children for free (£20,000 of serious illness cover). This will allow you the freedom to take time to focus only on your child’s heath rather than worry about the bills. You can expand this cover at a nominal fee up to £100,000.

Imagine if the worst does happen and your child gets cancer, it’s a horrible thought, but it does happen. Would you want to be there for every consultation, every treatment, every operation? Can you afford the time away from work to spend valuable time with your child when they need you most? If something like cancer does strike you will get a payout to cover your bills, make changes to your house, or go away to recover in a family friendly environment – you can!

We have been unlucky enough to have had 3 cases of this happen. 2 of which the children made a full recovery, but one the child has sadly passed. The family of this third child had £75,000 serious illness cover for £3.44 per month. With this money they was able to help the child fight for almost 2 years without working, safe in the knowledge that they had money in the bank to pay their bills. And when the news came they was losing the fight they used £10,000 of the money they got paid out to take the little man to Disney world for a final dream family holiday. They said the money they got was invaluable to help fight the disease and give the little man a life in those 2 years they would not have been able to.

It is this reason that when we work with families we do donate money to children’s hospitals to ensure that we are able to help other families who have not had the foresight or circumstance to protect their family in this way. We will do what we can to give happy memories to families who could otherwise be torn apart by conditions out of their control.
it is even more valuable if you are self-employed as you would otherwise have no safety net.
